Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 bag frozen hash browns
8 oz. container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine 1 stick melted margarine with hash browns, sour cream, soup, salt, pepper and cheese.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with a mixture of corn flakes and 1/2 stick margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
