Zucchini Bisquick Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 well beaten eggs
4 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. diced onion
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
dash of pepper
1 c. diced pepperoni or hard salami, cut up
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order as listed in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
