Poor Man'S Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. hamburger
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Preparation

Mix the first 6 items and spread on a jelly roll pan; chill well.
Cut in large serving squares.
Roll in flour and brown. These may be frozen until needed.
Use desired amount of pieces and bake 1 hour in diluted cream of mushroom soup with the Kitchen Bouquet.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven.
