Sour Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 1/2 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
    15 small potatoes, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. If desired, top with additional cheese.
