Easy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix flour and sugar; set aside.
Combine butter, water, shortening, and cocoa.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add to flour/sugar:
Beat, add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Beat well.
Bake in oblong (13 x 9-1/2) baking pan at 325\u00b0 until done.
