Banana-Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg or the equivalent egg substitute
    2 to 3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. molasses (unsulphered preferred)
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 1/2 c. white flour or 1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix egg with bananas, oil, molasses and yogurt.
    In another bowl, mix flour, wheat germ, pecans, baking soda, powder and cinnamon.
    Mix two bowls of ingredients together.
    Pour in liners of muffin pan.
    Bake about 20 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
