Shortribs Of Beef(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck shortribs
    3 c. hot beef broth
    1 large onion, quartered
Preparation
    Arrange shortribs in 3-quart microproof casserole.
    Add just enough hot broth to cover ribs.
    Add onion and cover with casserole lid.
    Cook on High 10 minutes.
    Rearrange ribs.
    Cook on 50% for 35 to 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
