Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed persimmon
    1 tsp. lemon flavor
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk with 2 tsp. soda
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Put in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Cover with wax paper. Place pan in larger pan with 1 to 2 inches of water.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
