Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg; add sugar with 3 tablespoons flour to beaten egg. Gradually add milk, melted butter and vanilla.
    Put coconut in the bottom of the unbaked pie shell.
    Pour liquid ingredients over coconut.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 to 40 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
