Never Fail Caramel Corn(Makes 2 Shallow Pans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. popped corn (sort for hard kernels)
    1 c. peanuts or more
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix and boil brown sugar and white syrup.
    Boil 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add soda and vanilla. Stir very good and then pour over popped corn and stir very good until all is coated. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn pans end for end and stir every 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    (Will not get sticky.)
