Indian Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans French onion soup
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 (12 oz.) can Mexi-corn
    1/4 c. chopped pimientos
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together and pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring once after the dish has baked for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with additional pimientos, if desired.
    Yields 8 servings.
