Peanut Butter Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cut into 8 pieces
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 tsp. salt
    8 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. meal
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and milk until creamy.
    Add chicken and let set overnight or a few hours.
    Put dry ingredients into a shaker bag; add chicken and coat well.
    Melt 1 stick margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add coated chicken.
    Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Turn chicken and bake 20 minutes more.
    Serves 4.
