Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, pounded thin
    2 Tbsp. pieces butter
    oil
    1 can French onion soup
    8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. Marsala wine
Preparation
    In electric frypan at 350\u00b0, cook chicken in 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon oil until browned.
    Remove from pan.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter.
    Saute mushrooms until tender.
    Add soup and Marsala wine.
    Simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
    Return chicken to pan. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes more.
    Serve with noodles.
