Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped finely
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    2 or 3 ribs celery, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook frozen broccoli.
    Saute garlic with all the vegetables in butter.
    Add lemon juice.
    Mix in soup and cheese until melted. Drain broccoli; add to mixture until everything is mixed together. Serve in chafing dish on low heat.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes 1 quart.
