Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shortening
8 eggs
1 tsp. lemon, almond and vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour (plain)

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add flour and flavors.
Mix well; bake in tube pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
