Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked beets (large can)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. red vinegar
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiled beet juice
    2/3 c. orange juice or pineapple juice
Preparation
    Boil beet juice, salt, sugar, onion and vinegar.
    Pour over lemon Jell-O, stirring, then add orange juice, beets and celery. Pour into molds to set.
    Serve with mayonnaise.
