Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation

Heat margarine and flour together (over low heat) until paste thickens.
Add milk and cheese; stir constantly, until smooth and heated thoroughly.
Boil 1 to 2 minutes.
