Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices cinnamon raisin bread
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Mix all together and place in baking dish.
Place baking dish in pan with 1-inch deep water for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serve warm with half and half cream.
