Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 can water
1 lb. ground chuck, ground finely
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped dill pickle
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend soup and water; measure out 1/4 cup of this mixture and put in
with the meat.
Combine with ground chuck, egg, parsley, dill pickle, onion and salt.
Mix all together; shape into 1-inch meatballs.
Brown meatballs in shortening in large skillet.
Cover with remainder of soup.
Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or place in 275\u00b0 oven.
Stir now and then to keep from sticking. Good to serve in chafing dish at parties.
