Bread Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 loaves white bread, sliced and crusts removed
2 sticks melted butter
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Cut off crusts.
Roll bread flat with rolling pin.
Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks.
In 2 separate dishes, put melted butter in one and 1 cup sugar and cinnamon in the other. Spread cheese mixture on bread.
Roll up and submerge in melted butter, then roll in sugar mixture.
Place on cookie sheet and put in freezer.
When frozen, put in freezer bags.
