Ugly Duckling Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple or fruit cocktail (juice and fruit)
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Preparation

Mix cake mix, 1 cup coconut, eggs and pineapple or fruit cocktail (juice and fruit).
Mix 2 minutes.
Pour into pan. Sprinkle top the 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
