Scintillating Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie (2 crust)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar (medium crystal if available)
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. soft butter or margarine
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    3 peeled lemons, very thinly sliced
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Make up favorite pastry for a two-crust pie.
    Roll out half of pastry.
    Line a 9-inch pie plate.
    Make a high, fluted edge; refrigerate.
