Marinated Tomato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium fresh tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    4 lettuce leaves
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Arrange tomato slices over lettuce on serving platter.
    In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon a small amount of marinade on each tomato slice.
    Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
