Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. vegetables (broccoli, pepper strips, carrots, etc.)
    1 1/2 c. broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Stir-fry chicken in hot oil in a large skillet until brown. Add vegetables, stir-fry until crisp-tender.
    Mix broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, garlic and ginger.
    Add to skillet. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute.
