Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    2 heaping Tbsp. sweet pickle cubes
    1/2 small green pepper
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    sprinkle of black pepper
    1 small onion
    3 boiled eggs
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Boil in salted water until done but not overcooked.
    Drain almost all of water and let cool.
    Dice onion, green pepper and eggs.
    Mix all with pickle cubes, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and black pepper.
    Let stand until potatoes cool.
    Mix all together.
    Pour on serving platter and sprinkle top with paprika.
    Serves 6 to 8.
