Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) macaroni
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) chopped American cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Stir in shredded cheese. Add macaroni.
    Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
