Hearty Ham And Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked and cubed potatoes
1 1/2 c. fully cooked ham, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add the ham.
Stir together the flour and small amounts of milk (gradually, to prevent lumps).
Add to onion and ham.
Stir in potatoes and seasonings; stir until thickened.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Serves 8.
