Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box brown sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. rolled oats
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
