Impossible Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies (mild)
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 sliced tomatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. sour cream
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Cook and stir beef and onion until browned.
Drain.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Spread in plate.
Top with chilies.
Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth (1 minute).
Pour into plate.
Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 8 to 10 minutes longer.
Cool 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes.
