Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh turkey tails
2 lb. turkey necks
1 1/2 lb. giblets
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. celery (optional)
1 tsp. sage (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. white or French bread crumbs
6 to 8 c. crumbled corn bread
Preparation

Boil turkey tails, necks and giblets until tender.
Remove meat from bones of tails and necks.
Chop giblets.
Bake large pan of regular corn bread (no sugar).
Cool and crumble.
Combine all ingredients.
