Layered Hamburg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. medium noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    10 oz. pkg. spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles 10 minutes; drain.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add tomato sauce, sugar, salts, pepper and cooked noodles.
    Set aside. Stir cream cheese, sour cream, milk and onions.
    In 2-quart casserole, layer 1/2 of ground beef and noodles and 1/2 cream cheese mixture.
    Add all spinach, then remaining beef and noodles. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Uncover and spread remaining cream cheese on top.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 10 additional minutes.
