Chicken Poulet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. seasoned corn bread stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
3/4 stick melted margarine
1 c. and 2 Tbsp. chicken broth
3 c. cooked chopped chicken
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green onion tips
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Mix stuffing mix, margarine and broth together lightly. Add veggies, mayonnaise and salt. Mix well and press mixture into a greased 12 x 8 baking dish. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
