Brennan'S Best Meatloaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1\\2 C. Ketchup
1\\2 C. Water
Dash Salt and Pepper
2 Onions, chopped
2 tsp. Brown Sugar (White can be used)
3 Capfuls Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
2 lbs. Ground Beef
8 Saltine Crackers, crumbled
1 Egg
1 Onion, finely minced
3\\4 C. Milk
Preparation

In saucepan, medium heat. put ketchup, water, salt, pepper, onions, sugar, worcestershire sauce, and mustard mix well and simmer. In large bowl mix beef, crackers, egg, onion, and milk. Mixing gently.
Place in loaf pan. Poke holes with your finger along the top approx. 1 inch apart.
(make sure you have formed a loaf by loosening from the side of the pan).
Pour sauce which you have been simmering over meatloaf.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1\\2 hours.
