Sunday Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices bread
8 slices ham or Canadian bacon
sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. sauteed green pepper
1/4 c. sauteed chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Trim crusts from bread.
On each slice of bread in a baking dish, put one piece of ham or bacon, slices of sharp Cheddar cheese and top with another slice of bread.
Mix the eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard together.
Into this mixture, pour the green pepper and chopped onions.
Pour egg mixture over bread and refrigerate overnight.
Before baking, melt butter and mix it with crushed potato chips.
Sprinkle the buttered chips over the bread and bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
