Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cold shortening
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together and cut in shortening.
    Add dough to make soft dough.
    Place on floured surface and knead lightly a few seconds, using as little flour as possible.
    Roll out 1/2-inch thick and cut with floured biscuit cutter.
    Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
