Blueberry Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    dash of cinnamon
    3 c. blueberries
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour, salt and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. Work in butter with fingers.
    Mix in vinegar.
    Spread this crust mixture into a 9-inch pan.
    Make it 1/4-inch deep and go around sides to 1-inch height.
    Combine 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Add 2 cups blueberries.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
