Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar
    and oil together.
    Add well beaten eggs and mix well.
    Sift
    together dry ingredients.
    Fold dry ingredients
    into sugar, egg mixture.
    Add carrots and pecans.
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans
    or
    a
    sheet
    pan.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Maple Icing.
