Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 c. coconut (reserve for top)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients
    in
    blender;
    mix for 3 minutes on low. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan; let sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
