Grapefruit Salad Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. raw spinach, washed and drained
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, diced
    2 grapefruit, sectioned and sliced
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. grapefruit juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Coarsely tear spinach into large salad bowl.
    Add drained mushrooms, diced water chestnuts and diced grapefruit.
    Mix oil, vinegar, grapefruit juice, soy sauce, liquid hot pepper sauce, salt and dry mustard.
    Toss with spinach mixture.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
