Richly Divine Cappuccino Wedges - cooking recipe

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. instant coffee crystals
1 3/4 c. flour
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. milk chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Melt butter. Mix in sugar, then egg. Add vanilla and instant coffee crystals. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into greased 9-inch round cake pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool slightly and cut into slender pie-shaped wedges. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
