Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; spread in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool slightly; cut into finger size pieces.
Should be served slightly warm.
Makes about 4 dozen.
