Kirk Link'S Ozark Puddin' Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg and sugar until smooth.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into egg mixture.
Add nuts, apples and vanilla. Bake in greased pie pan, 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
