Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 (12 oz.) can tuna
    3/4 c. potato chips
Preparation
    Melt butter; blend in flour.
    Add milk, stirring until thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sharp cheese until melted. Add cottage cheese, cooked macaroni and tuna (broken up).
    Pour into 2-quart greased casserole.
    Top with potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
