Low Carb Fudge(3 Carbs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese, softened (low-fat)
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1/2 c. Splenda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients except nuts until smooth. Line 8 x 8 square pan with foil. Sprinkle nuts on the bottom and fudge on the top. Cover and freeze. Cut into 16 pieces.
