Ricotta Egg Biscuits(It'S A Favorite Holiday Cookie!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 lb. melted margarine
    1 lb. Ricotta
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, margarine, Ricotta and vanilla and mix with a wooden spoon.
    Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and frost with Drizzle Topping.
