Ginger Peachy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    peach halves, drained
    1 can Swanson chunk white chicken
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. grapes, cut in half
    salad greens
    toasted slivered almonds
Preparation
    In bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and ginger; toss with chicken, celery and grapes.
    Chill.
    Serve in peach halves arranged on salad greens.
    Garnish with almonds.
    Makes about 1 cup.
