Fast Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour and Bisquick and enough water to make a dry dough.
    Knead for about 5 minutes.
    Knead into a ball and cover with dry towel for about 10 minutes.
    Squeeze balls of dough and knead into flat balls.
    Roll with a rolling pin, turning dough so outcome will be round tortillas.
    Place on griddle or frying pan heated at medium heat.
    Check in 3 or 4 minutes and turn if ready. When done, place cooked tortilla on towel to cool slightly.
