Stuffed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-size sweet potatoes
    vegetable oil
    1/4 c. soft butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. orange peel
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/3 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes thoroughly and rub skins with oil; bake for 1 hour or until done (or microwave).
    Let cool to the touch.
    Slice skin away from top of each potato; carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
    Mash pulp; stir in butter and next 6 ingredients.
    Spoon potato mixture into shells.
    Top with marshmallows and pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
