Herbed Baby Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. small red potatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
black pepper to taste
Preparation

Scrub red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 2-quart casserole dish, toss potatoes in oil to coat each piece.
Add remaining ingredients.
Toss again to coat evenly.
Pepper to taste.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until lightly brown and fork-tender.
Serves 6.
