Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
1 c. coconut
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan with Baker's Joy.
Spread coconut and pecans on bottom.
Mix cake as box says and pour over nuts and coconut.
Melt oleo.
Add cream cheese and powdered sugar to the melted oleo.
Mix well and spread over cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
This cake is not pretty, but it is delicious.
